BGB helps dentists from EU countries start their careers in the Netherlands.
We guide them through every step of relocating to a new country: from achieving Dutch language proficiency at B2+ level to finding a dental practice to work in. We also assist with housing and all the administrative and bureaucratic processes involved in settling in the Netherlands. Each year, we help around 30 dentists make this transition. We also facilitate B2+ exams for external dentists, whom we sometimes also assist in finding a dental practice.
Since 2025, we have also been active in the dental practice market. That year, we successfully took over our first practice, where the first BGB dentists are now thriving. We continue to look for new practices to acquire, ideally those with 2 to 6 dental chairs. So, if you are or know a practice owner considering selling, please come and talk to us!
