Making a difference in healthcare is what we aim for. To ensure that it functions optimally and, above all, to keep it human. To support our factoring and clearing solution in such a way that valuable time remains available for care.

Our strategy comes directly from Infomedics’ vision on healthcare. Healthcare providers are far too busy with administration and other matters that distract from the care process. Twenty to forty percent of professionals’ time is spent on things that have nothing to do with care. This costs society a lot of money and leads to annoyance and grumpiness in healthcare practice. Our mission is to find a solution for this. We want the healthcare provider to have time for the patient again.

Relieved of hassle of declarations
Infomedics relieves healthcare providers of the hassle for their various patients. “Every week you treat all kinds of patients who may or may not be insured, have basic insurance or partial or complete supplementary insurance. By the end of the week you want to be rid of all that expense hassle. You do this by creating a declaration file based on all treatments and the codes. You can send that to Infomedics with one push on a button.”

Peace of mind as a healthcare provider.
We maintain contact with both insurers and patients. If questions arise about a claims file from the insurer, or from the patient on an individual account, we will be contacted. This gives you peace of mind as a healthcare provider.’

First time right prevents hassle
The next step is the seamless integration of the declaration and practice software. Infomedics wants to further fine-tune the entire declaration process based on the principle of ‘first time right’. “If a mistake is made with codes, it affects the entire process. The care provider receives a return message after about four days and then he must look in the patient file to see what was going on. That is sometimes quite difficult. Healthcare providers are trained to provide care, not to do administration.”

Software Architect

As a Software Architect within Infomedics, you direct the development of our application landscape.

In projects, you make decisions about the technical design in the start-up phase – you determine the division into functional modules and maintain control over connections between modules and between systems. To do this, you delve into both the technology and the required functionality of the system to be built. You involve the development teams in the choices made and ensure that they are followed correctly. You continuously evangelize the (SOLID) architectural principles that you apply in your design, so that your teams increasingly work in the right direction on their own.
