Who are your direct colleagues?
The HR team currently consists of 5 pleasant colleagues; an HR Officer, an HR Advisor, two Recruiters and an HR manager. There is also interim support in various areas and we are looking for an HR Business Partner.
We see each other regularly at the office, for consultation, to brainstorm, to learn from each other and above all for fun. You can of course also work from home, especially if it is smart for your work to concentrate well.
The Infomedics family goes further than just Almere. Our employees and teams also work from The Hague, Dordrecht and Zaandam. You are the face of HR and point of contact for all kinds of questions. Find each other, make contact and help your colleagues.
Your profile
– You are very organized, hands-on and have an eye for detail;
– You can empathize well with others, have strong communication skills and maintain an overview;
– You can adapt to changing priorities;
– You are in for a joke and you think teamwork is important;
– You have already made some progress as an HR advisor and are ready for a new step;
– And to make a flying start, you are aware of the laws and regulations within the HR field and you have a HBO work and thinking level (in the direction of HR).
