This is how you reach your target group
In preparation for the exhibition, it is important to notify your participation to (potential) customers. Together with you as an exhibitor, we strive for an exhibition floor full of qualitative visitors! In order to make the exhibition known through all possible channels, we offer you various tools to promote participation and make it even more successful.
Marketing materials
In My Easyfairs you’ll find a divers range of marketing materials, in the folder ‘Marketing material’ under ‘Invite your clients and prospects’. The folder contains the event logo in different formats and a banner. Use the logo and banner in the different posts you have planned leading up to your participation of the event (both online and offline). This way you can show your participation via multiple channels to a large and interesting target audience.
Tip: mention that visitors can request free e-tickets via your personal registration link. You can find this link in your My Easyfairs (folder ‘Invitation link’ under ‘Invite your clients and prospects’), when the registration portal for visitors is open. So keep a close eye. You can also place the link to the registration portal directly behind your email signature or website banner so you’ll make it even easier for potential visitors to request a ticket.
The folder with marketing material will be filled at a later point with more banners which you can use on your websites, in your email signature or in your digital newsletters. In your online posts you can refer to the website or the registration portal.

Exposantenpakket
Naast de digitale promotiemiddelen heeft u reeds een exposantenpakket per post met daarin 100 uitnodigingen ontvangen. Met het exposantenpakket kunt u uw relaties nogmaals attenderen op uw deelname of kunt u ze uitnodigen voor een bezoek aan de beurs. Daarnaast zitten er in dit exposantenpakket nog 60 stickers. Plak de stickers bijvoorbeeld op uw facturen zodat ook via deze weg uw beursdeelname kenbaar wordt gemaakt.
Invitation service
We are happy to make it as easy as possible for you by supporting you in inviting your relations with the Easyfairs Invitation service. You will save time and (layout and printing) costs that you would normally spend on an invitation card! We send the personalized invitation cards on behalf of your company free of charge to your relations. This will save you time and allows you to optimally prepare for participation in the exhibition.
