Order early and benefit from our low early bird rate. Check the early bird deadline here.
After the early bird rate expires, a 30% surcharge applies. Certain products, such as printed materials, can only be ordered during the early bird period.

Placing additional orders after the webshop is closed is only possible during setup at the exhibitor’s desk.
Please note:
- Requesting technical support during setup incurs a surcharge of 100%.
- Only a limited selection is available during setup and while supplies last.
- Deliveries of additional orders placed through the webshop always take priority over orders placed during setup.
Cancellation of additional orders is possible up to 15 days before the event. After that, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. Printed materials such as seamless prints, printed panels, and stickers cannot be canceled.
Webshop items are rented and therefore remain the property of Easyfairs Nederland BV and/or the suppliers. In the event of damage and/or loss, the costs will be recovered from the exhibitor.
