Your EasyGo package includes the free invitation of your relations via the invitation service. The invitation service has been created to make things easier for you and is an important marketing tool with which you attract high-quality visitors to the exhibition who directly contribute to your business.
Make it easy for you
Participating this service is easy. You upload your relationship list in our secure environment and we provide a professional and personal invitation with your company name on it. In My Easyfairs you can see which relations have registered via your invitation card.
Invitation service deadline has passed
Unfortunately, you can no longer participate in our invitation service. The deadline for submitting your address file has already passed.
By not participating in the invitation service, you will miss out on a number of benefits. We do, however, offer you an opportunity to contribute to visitor quality. Invite your relations via your personal registration link in My Easyfairs.
Participation in this service is easy. You upload your relations list in our secure environment and we provide a professional and personal invitation with your company name on it. In My Easyfairs you can see which contacts have registered via your invitation card.
Be quick, because your business relations list (max. 2,000 addresses) must be uploaded via My Easyfairs by December 7, 2023 (noon) at the latest. Would you like to supply more addresses? Easyfairs attaches great importance to your privacy and that of your relationships. Data from potential visitors is indispensable for the success of Dental Expo and it is also one of the most valuable assets of you as an exhibitor. That is why we deal with this in concrete terms and fully in accordance with the AVG legislation.
Invitation cooperation
In this invitation cooperation you give us permission to send a one-off physical invitation to the postal address of your relation. Of course we have our processing agreement and our procedures in order and they comply with the AVG legislation.

Deduplicate
Your relation lists will be deduplicated. The organization that provides this is AVG proof.
No data used afterwards
Your data is only provided to the mailing handler who uses the data to send the invitation. They do not retain the data afterwards.
Data will be destroyed
The data will be destroyed immediately after the trade show ends. Your relations will only be included in our database if they themselves give permission for the use of their data.
