In Secure Incident Reporting (VIM), incidents and near-incidents that occur in daily work are reported, analyzed, and followed by proposed improvement measures. Within this module, every staff member can easily submit a report. All reports are stored centrally and can be retrieved effortlessly. This process helps improve the overall quality of care.
