How does it work
- First, register for Dental Expo: after registering, you will receive an email allowing you to create your account in the Easyfairs NL app.
- Download the Easyfairs NL app: the app is available for both Android and iOS. Follow the link or scan the QR code to download the app.
- Set up your profile: tell us your interests, company details and what you are looking for at the exhibition.
- Start matching: begin exploring our recommendations, connect with fellow industry professionals and plan your visit.
- Enjoy Dental Expo: with your schedule at your fingertips, you can focus on making new connections and gaining valuable insights!

The app will go live approximately two weeks before the start of the event. At that time, you will find links to the App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android) here.
FAQ
Visitors, speakers and exhibitors can log in to the Easyfairs NL app, where they can follow the latest news about the event and connect with other visitors, exhibitors or speakers. With the app, they can:
- View the knowledge programme and schedule sessions in their calendar
- Network with other visitors, exhibitors or speakers
- Schedule appointments with others during the event
- View speaker and exhibitor information
- View the floor plan
The app can be downloaded from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Search for Easyfairs NL. Or click on “Download the app” in the welcome email you receive.
After registering for the trade fair, you will receive a welcome email to activate your account for the Easyfairs NL app. Enter the email address you used to register and the registration ID/badge ID from the welcome email. Then create a password, which you can use to log in in future.
Click on the Help? button in the app to contact us so that the email can still be sent. Or send an email to uitnodiging@easyfairs.com.
You will find all participating companies in the exhibitor list. Click on “Show interest” to indicate that you are interested in the company. If the exhibitor confirms your interest, you can chat with each other or schedule an appointment.
Under “App users”, you will see all users of the app. If you would like to connect with another visitor to the fair, for example, search for that person and click on “Show interest” to express your interest.
The entire programme is visible in the app, under the heading “programme”. If you would like to attend a session, you can add it to your calendar by clicking on the “Add to calendar” button next to the session.
Under “Recommended for you”, you will see recommendations that are specifically displayed for you, such as exhibitors, stand personnel, other visitors, etc. These recommendations are based on your profile and interests. You can show interest in the suggested persons or companies or skip them.
