About us

Dentalhouse is the specialist in oral prosthetics in the Netherlands. Dentalhouse focuses on innovative products and services for dentists, denturists and dental technicians. The activities of Dentalhouse are divided into four segments: (1) Sales of implant compatibles via Blijdent BV, (2) Sales of CAD/CAM equipment, software and materials via Blijdent BV, (3) Customer support through its own service laboratory and milling and print center via Digidenture BV and (4) training for dental professionals in oral prosthetics via the Academie voor Mondprothetiek. Blijdent BV, including the Academie voor Mondprothetiek, and Digidenture BV are ISO 13485 certified.
Blijdent BV is an authorized dealer of Medit lab scanners, Medit intra-oral scanners, Exocad design software, Exocad training courses, Nextdent 3D printers, Formlabs 3D printers, and Roland milling machines with Millbox CAM software. Recently, the ModJaw system also became available through Dentalhouse.
Dentalhouse develops its own digital workflows, for example for digital prostheses, based on Exocad software. Dentalhouse has its own helpdesk for support via telephone, team viewer, etc.

De functie: Junior Accountmanager Het belangrijkste doel van deze functie is het vergroten van de commerciële slagkracht en efficiency van Dentalhouse. Het is onze ambitie om efficiënter te werken en verkoop te stimuleren door een uitstekende en vriendelijke service te bieden. De Junior Accountmanager heeft de ambitie en energie continu te verbeteren en kansen te benutten. Hij/zij kan goed met mensen omgaan en duidelijk communiceren. Als junior accountmanager bezoek je 4 dagen in de week klanten en ben je 1 dag in de week op kantoor. De dag op kantoor begint met een salesmeeting, daarna worden de leads opgevolgd, je planning gemaakt, is er tijd voor productkennis en ontwikkeling. CAD/CAM Specialist Helpdesk & Installatie

Wat ga je doen? Als medewerker Helpdesk & Installatie kom je in een jong en enthousiast team. Momenteel bestaat het team uit 4 specialisten. Samen met je collega's zijn jullie het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je helpt ze telefonisch, per e-mail of op locatie met hun vragen over onze producten en diensten. Daarnaast verzorg je installaties van apparatuur en software — zodat alles perfect werkt voordat je de deur uitgaat. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene keer los je een technisch probleem op afstand op, de andere keer sta je bij een klant en zorg je dat alles tiptop draait.
