Zirkonzahn M6 Milling UNit with 16 till 80 blank changer
Our stand features the latest M6 milling machine from Zirkonzahn, which can mill everything: titanium, CoCr, zirconium, PMMA, polycarbonate, PEEK, wax, polyurethane and even wood. A fully open system for blocks with a diameter of 98 mm, but also 95 mm, 106 mm and even 125 mm. It is also open for design software such as 3Shape and Exocad. Predictable GBR with Cytoplast Extraction sites with insufficient structural support, as well as horizontal and vertical bone augmentations, often need to be supported in order to maintain the space gained. Cytoplast® titanium-reinforced membranes offer high predictability in GBR. Important features include the stronger titanium frame and the highly compacted Regentex® surface, which can be exposed to the oral cavity. In addition, the membranes are easy to remove. RPM - Reinforced Titanium Mesh
RPM™ - Reinforced PTFE Mesh Circular macropores allow direct contact between bone graft and periosteum, allowing naturally occurring revascularization and infiltration of cells into the bone graft - Titanium frame maintains space essential for horizontal and vertical ridge augmentation - PTFE mesh easily conforms to tissue contours - 200 microns thick RPM’s unique circular macroporous design allows for direct contact between the bone graft and periosteum, allowing naturally occurring revascularization and infiltration of cells into the bone graft. RPM is designed to work like traditional titanium mesh, but with the added benefits of easier trimming and easier adaptation. The hole patterns on each configuration are designed to make removal easier. RPM should only be used when primary closure can be achieved and maintained throughout the entire healing period.
