BIOSTAR®
Versatile pressure moulding machine for all applications in dental pressure moulding and orthodontics, equipped with scan technology and 6.0 bar working pressure, adjustable by pressure reducing valve on the unit. The unique thermally controlled infrared heater reaches working temperature in one second. All parameters such as temperature, heating and cooling times are programmed by reading the scanner or entering the corresponding code.

MINISTAR S®
The compact pressure moulding unit MINISTAR S® equipped with scanning technology: scanner reads the coded material, allowing programming of all important parameters such as heating time, temperature and cooling time. In other words: precise pressure moulding results are reached in record time thanks to the extremely fast, patented heater and working pressure of 4.0 bar, adjustable via pressure regulator. New generation equipped with user-friendly membrane keypad and large display. All operating parameters are monitored and indicated on the display.

Asiga MAX™
With DLP technology and maximum ease of use, the Asiga MAX™ printer allows for fast, precise and efficient operation. The built-in LCD panel with touch function displays the information on the current construction process and allows interactive control of the printer. The light sensor provides consistent projector performance and uniform resin curing, the smart positioning system (SPS) ensures precise printing results. Print jobs can be stored in a queue, started from the control panel and transmitted via Ethernet or WiFi. The printer can also operate as a wireless hot spot. Thanks to the IMPRIMO® 385 nm material range and reliable DLP technology, the Asiga MAX™ can be used in all fields of dentistry. Printing jobs can be created using the Asiga Composer software, included license-free with every system.

TAP®
Thornton Adjustable Positioner (TAP®), enables a controlled and effective treatment of snoring and sleep apnoea. The TAP® splint has been developed by the American dentist and engineer Dr. Keith Thornton. Basically, TAP® splints are suitable for all patients with a good teeth condition and at least 8 remaining natural teeth in combination with sufficient mobility of the lower jaw. Thanks to continuous research and development, four different splint options, a device for combined therapy and a test device are currently available for different occlusions and patient needs. IST®
Intra-oral anti-snoring device, pressure-moulded. Connection between upper and lower jaw is achieved by continuously adjustable HF telescope. Lower jaw and tongue are advanced by protrusion. Thanks to interdisciplinary cooperation with dentists many cases of snoring and obstructive sleep apnea can be treated successfully with the Intraoral Snoring Therapy Appliance (IST® appliance). The IST® appliance suppresses snoring by moving the lower jaw forward. This measurably reduces the obstruction in the pharyngeal area.
