In 2025, we delivered a complete dental practice for Dental Bay Clinics where technology, hygiene, and comfort are central. The entire process – from structural construction to installations and finishing – was executed by one specialized team from Arslan Aannemers. By managing everything under a single contractor, the project was completed efficiently, without overlap between parties, and with full control over quality and planning. During construction, all spaces were reorganized to create a logical and future-proof layout. The treatment rooms were technically prepared for modern dental equipment and ergonomically positioned chairs. The electrical and plumbing systems were custom-designed for medical applications and meet current standards. All technical elements were professionally concealed to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment. Walls and ceilings were precisely finished using durable, low-maintenance materials suitable for intensive daily use. High-quality flooring, carefully positioned lighting, and a well-planned routing between treatment rooms, waiting areas, and office spaces contribute to a modern and professional atmosphere. The ventilation and climate control systems were also fully renewed, guaranteeing consistent air quality and a comfortable indoor temperature for both patients and staff. For Orthodontie Noord, we delivered a complete orthodontic practice where technology, functionality, and design come together seamlessly. The practice was completely rebuilt with modern electrical, plumbing, and air treatment installations, specifically tailored to medical equipment and orthodontic workstations. The treatment rooms were carefully designed and prepared with the necessary connections for dental chairs, equipment, and lighting. Special attention was also given to custom-made furniture. The reception desk was uniquely designed and serves as the practice’s signature feature: clean, functional, and welcoming. Custom solutions were also implemented in the treatment rooms, waiting areas, and office spaces, combining aesthetics with practical use. The walls were smoothly plastered and painted in light, fresh tones, while the floors were finished with durable, low-maintenance materials. Thanks to the clear routing and logical layout, the practice feels open, professional, and well-organized. With this project, Arslan Aannemers demonstrates how medical precision and construction craftsmanship strengthen one another — all realized by one reliable partner.
