Customer Service employee from 24 hours

At our office in Waalwijk, you and colleagues are the point of contact for our relations.

Function content:
• Contact our customers by telephone and email regarding orders, deliveries, product information, prices, etc.
• Collaborating with and commercially supporting the sales team consisting of internal and field colleagues.
• Processing customer orders in our system.
• An active supporting role in the various marketing and sales campaigns.

Of course you speak Dutch and English well.
In any case, you are available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
You do not need to have any knowledge of dentistry or orthodontics. We provide a thorough personal training process.

For the IT team we are looking for an Database Administrator who can support our team. In this position you work closely with and report directly to the IT Manager. We are looking for someone who can take our IT department to a higher level together with his/her colleagues.

– You explain the bill or handle an objection;
– You process incoming payments that cannot be automatically linked by our system;
– You contribute ideas to improving our processes and services in the department;
– You are partly responsible for achieving the service levels.

Je nieuwe baan:
Jij gaat je als servicemonteur buitendienst bezig houden met het uitvoeren van veel verschillende onderhouds- en servicewerkzaamheden. Dit is voornamelijk aan elektrotechnische installaties. De werkzaamheden die jij zoal gaat uitvoeren zijn:

Je komt in actie bij storingen en defecte elektrotechnische installaties in de dentale wereld. Hierbij stel jij de diagnose en verhelp je de storing waar mogelijk zelfstandig;
Je werkt netjes en overlegd goed met de klant en zorgt dat de klant zo min mogelijk hinder ondervindt van de werkzaamheden;
Nu je toch op locatie bent, inventariseer je direct de actuele staat van de apparaten en eventuele andere storingen. Mede dankzij jou kunnen we op tijd het benodigde onderhoud uitvoeren;
Je draait werkt in een nieuwe bus met een ipad en iphone van de zaak ( deze mag je prive ook gebruiken )
Als je niet buiten de deur werkt, werk je aan reparaties in de werkplaats.

Qualifications:
An experienced salesperson, with at least 2 years of experience in B2B
You speak Dutch, English fluently and one other european language is a plus
Experienced in digital dentistry or 3D printing technologies is a plus
