During the DentalRules User Conference at the Olympic Stadium in Amsterdam, Annick van Dijk, Practice Manager at Tandartspraktijk Lawant, was named Practice Manager of the Year 2025. To loud applause, she received the award in recognition of her exceptional dedication, structure, and leadership within the practice.
The award, introduced this year by DentalRules, shines a well-deserved spotlight on dental practice managers. From numerous nominations, an independent jury selected five finalists — with Annick ultimately chosen as the winner.
She was nominated by Margit Lawant, dentist and practice owner, who praised Annick for her energy, clarity, and effective use of DentalRules. Thanks to her leadership, the practice runs more efficiently, schedules are planned earlier and more accurately, and team members have become increasingly self-sufficient. “She’s not just putting out fires,” says Lawant, “but consistently works on long-term goals, quality improvements, and team well-being.”
