In 2025, we delivered a complete dental practice for Dental Bay Clinics where technology, hygiene, and comfort are central. The entire process – from structural construction to installations and finishing – was executed by one specialized team from Arslan Aannemers. By managing everything under a single contractor, the project was completed efficiently, without overlap between parties, and with full control over quality and planning.

During construction, all spaces were reorganized to create a logical and future-proof layout. The treatment rooms were technically prepared for modern dental equipment and ergonomically positioned chairs. The electrical and plumbing systems were custom-designed for medical applications and meet current standards. All technical elements were professionally concealed to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment.

Walls and ceilings were precisely finished using durable, low-maintenance materials suitable for intensive daily use.
