Declaratieservice Plus

Declaratieservice Plus is where Infomedics and Vertimart meet. You enter your completed transactions through Exquise Next Generation and submit them directly to Infomedics.

Before your invoices are forwarded, Declaratieservice Plus performs additional checks on your entered transactions. For example, debtor information, AGB codes, contractual agreements with health insurers, and more than 900 NZa regulations are checked even more thoroughly before the invoice is forwarded to your patient or health insurer.

This allows us to identify errors early and prevent unnecessary rejections from health insurers.

With Declaratieservice Plus, we can prevent up to 70% of rejections. If the system detects an error, you'll receive a notification in Exquise Next Generation and can correct it immediately, without any additional steps. It's so easy. This saves you not only money but also time.
