From shell construction to a fully operational clinic.

For Visus Eye Clinic in Rotterdam, we delivered a complete hospital spanning over 5,000 square meters. Arslan Aannemers managed the entire process—from construction and technical installations to interior design and finishing. By handling everything through a single contractor, the project was executed efficiently, transparently, and with maximum quality control.

The clinic was entirely rebuilt with installations meeting the high standards of medical infrastructure. Electrical systems, plumbing, ventilation, and climate control were fully renewed and tailored to medical equipment and treatment setups. The construction was carried out with careful attention to hygiene, sound insulation, and patient safety.

Special attention was also given to custom-made furniture. The reception desk was designed to professionally welcome visitors, while custom solutions were applied in waiting areas and treatment rooms for comfort and efficiency. Every piece of furniture is made from durable, low-maintenance materials that contribute to a calm and professional appearance.

The spaces were carefully finished with smooth plaster, painted in soft tones, and flooring suitable for intensive daily use. Thoughtful routing creates a clear separation between patient and staff areas, ensuring smooth daily operations.
