With the IPS e.max ZirCAD Prime block from Ivoclar, you reach a new level of speed, strength, and esthetics in the fabrication of monolithic zirconia crowns.

In combination with the Programat CS6, crowns can be sintered in just 15 minutes¹, without compromising strength and while ensuring reliable, esthetic results.

With a flexural strength of 1100 MPa², the material is robust and durable, allowing for minimal wall thicknesses down to 0.8 mm. The smooth transition of color and translucency—from dentin (3Y-TZP) to the translucent incisal area (5Y-PSZ)—creates a natural, high-quality esthetic appearance.

Restorations can be easily cemented using a conventional cement, such as ZirCAD Cement, or by following a self-adhesive cementation protocol.
