The Aqualizer

The Aqualizer® revolutionary fluid system creates a perfect balance and stability in the bite. The Aqualizer works by having the muscles themselves reposition the jaw to a position that naturally works best. To relieve TMD pain, restoring this balance is essential.

A patient with pain complaints as a result of pain dysfunction syndrome or overload, including bruxism, may benefit from using the Aqualizer. This is a soft plastic prefab splint with water pads. The pads are in communication with each other so that the lower jaw is brought into balance and excessive stress is damped.

In anticipation of a follow-up appointment for diagnosis, treatment of trigger points, grinding or the production of a hard splint, the patient with the Aqualizer has a safe, self-regulating therapy.
