Vacature: Klant Succesmanager

As a Customer Success Manager you have intensive contact with our customers; healthcare practices and healthcare organizations. Your role is dynamic and no day is the same. During your work, you are concerned with the customer journey of our customers and to guide and improve it. You proactively contact customers to evaluate their use of MedicPlek and to give them tips on how they can get even more out of the platform. Through this contact you know what is really going on with customers and you can offer products/service that customers have not even thought of yet. You also familiarize new customers with the platform, help and advise with problems, and provide solutions by listening carefully and asking the right questions. In addition, you are driven to think about new, innovative ways to exceed customer expectations. You are a spider in the web who will make the lives of our customers an (even greater) success.
