The proven TCR tooth material is now available in the form of two new milling disks: TCR Mono and TCR Multi, available in nine different shades including a bleach variant. The TCR material – the 3rd generation TwinCrossedResin – is a highly cross-linked PMMA variant. The unique advantage of the material is the cross-linking between the polymer chains. The result is impressive, displaying both good abrasion resistance and plaque resistance. The milled tooth elements can be combined with the PhysioSet TCR and PhysioSelect TCR tooth lines due to this material analogy, thus enabling hybrid production – analog as well as digital. “Safety plays a major role in the processing of medical devices, which is why we rely on material technologies that have already proven themselves in the market and with which our customers are satisfied for digital processing.
