The sealing device is ready to use after a pre-heating phase of only two minutes, after which pouches (e.g. MELAfol sterilization packages) can be sealed continuously. The log files documenting the sealing procedures can be outputted and saved easily using the MELAflash CF card printer, MELAprint 42 protocol printer or the software MELAtrace.
