zebris JMA(Jaw Motion Analyzer) Optic system is a digital jaw analysis and registration system, part of our complete digital workflow. The zebris JMA Optic system performs fully digital jaw measurements in patients with (CMD) pain complaints. The zebris JMA Optic system accurately, safely and reliably registers all movements of the lower jaw without touching the patient. The WinJaw measurement software included with the zebris system calculates, among other things: ‘the articulator setting values for multiple articulator systems, extended functional parameters and determines the centric position’. The measuring range allows for functional analytical examinations and is prepared for the output of individual patient movements for digital dentistry. The system is completely wireless

A patented bite tray creates a precise relation between the movement data of the measuring system and the tooth surfaces scanned by the model scanner (Tizian Smart-Scan Plus) or the Intraoral Scanner (i500). This tray is also a part of the new zebris transfer appliance and facilitates a smooth transfer of the position of the maxilla in relation to the skull to a mechanical articulator. Thus, the use of a mechanical facebow becomes unnecessary.
