Step 1: Calculate maximum mortgage
Contact us without obligation and let us first calculate the maximum amount you can borrow for a mortgage to buy a home.

Step 2: Purchase assistance
If necessary, make use of our personal purchasing assistance on a no cure no pay basis.

Step 3: Sign purchase agreement
After an accepted offer, you sign the purchase agreement.

Step 4: Consultation
Schedule an appointment for a consultation for a suitable mortgage with good conditions and an attractive interest rate that fully meets your wishes and needs.

Step 5: Discuss which services we will arrange for you
We can arrange a lot for you to relieve your worries. This includes a construction inspection, appraisal report, notary, bank guarantee.

Step 6: Apply for a mortgage
After you have chosen which mortgage best suits your wishes and situation, we request a quote from the lender.

Step 7: Assessment of file
Now that a complete mortgage file is with the lender, the entire file is assessed twice by the lender before the approval is issued.

Step 8: Arrange final mortgage quote and insurance
Now that the bank has finally approved your file, you will receive the final mortgage quote. The recommended insurance policies with regard to the risk of death, disability and possibly unemployment are now requested by your advisor.

Step 9: Bank guarantee/deposit
Have your advisor provide the written bank guarantee in accordance with the purchase agreement or, if possible, transfer the deposit to the notary yourself.

Step 10: To the notary
After inspecting the home, you go to the notary to personally sign the transfer and mortgage deed. You are now the legal owner of the home!
