For Dental Time in Utrecht, we delivered a fully new dental clinic where technology, hygiene, and patient experience are central. The clinic features three treatment rooms, a modern sterilization area, and an inviting reception desk. Comfortable kitchens and changing rooms were created for staff, ensuring a pleasant and efficient working environment. With a well-considered layout, high-quality materials, and smart technical installations, the practice functions optimally while conveying calmness and professionalism to both patients and staff.

In 2025, we delivered a complete dental practice for Dental Bay Clinics where technology, hygiene, and comfort are central. The entire process – from structural construction to installations and finishing – was executed by one specialized team from Arslan Aannemers. By managing everything under a single contractor, the project was completed efficiently, without overlap between parties, and with full control over quality and planning. During construction, all spaces were reorganized to create a logical and future-proof layout. The treatment rooms were technically prepared for modern dental equipment and ergonomically positioned chairs. The electrical and plumbing systems were custom-designed for medical applications and meet current standards. All technical elements were professionally concealed to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment. Walls and ceilings were precisely finished using durable, low-maintenance materials suitable for intensive daily use. High-quality flooring, carefully positioned lighting, and a well-planned routing between treatment rooms, waiting areas, and office spaces contribute to a modern and professional atmosphere. The ventilation and climate control systems were also fully renewed, guaranteeing consistent air quality and a comfortable indoor temperature for both patients and staff. The electrical, plumbing, and ventilation systems were completely renewed and tailored to the placement of dental chairs and medical equipment. Each treatment room is functionally arranged with custom furniture and integrated connection points, ensuring optimal hygiene and efficiency. The reception desk and waiting area form the heart of the clinic, designed to provide visitors with a welcoming and professional experience. Through the use of light colors, durable materials, and subtle lighting, the clinic exudes calmness, modernity, and quality. With this project, Arslan Aannemers once again demonstrates how technical precision, aesthetic design, and smart layout can transform a dental practice into an efficient, patient-friendly, and visually appealing environment.
