The Aligner Whitening Pen makes it easy to combine aligner treatment with teeth whitening. While the position of the teeth is being corrected, the patient can simultaneously work towards a whiter smile.
The advanced HPS technology uses hydrogen peroxide in a water-based gel. As soon as the gel comes into contact with the teeth and saliva, free radicals are formed that help break down discolorations. This gradually whitens the teeth.
Thanks to the convenient pen design, the gel can be applied precisely to the desired teeth. The gel contains 3% hydrogen peroxide and can be used for 20 minutes up to a maximum of 2 hours per day, depending on the patient’s preference. In addition, hydrogen peroxide helps reduce the build-up of plaque and biofilm while wearing the aligner.
The treatment can easily be carried out at home, without additional chair time, and the gel can be stored at room temperature.
