For cutting all-ceramic restorations such as zirconium oxide and other all-ceramic materials. The exceptional stability of the special diamond grit
provides for a long service life of the KT diamond instruments. The multilayer electroplated bond prevents the diamond grit from loosening prematurely.
This results in an optimal removal rate with low vibrations when cutting all-ceramic materials.
The crown cutter KT856 is to be placed at an angle of 45º. To remove an all-ceramic restoration, the restoration must be slit along its axial wall towards
the centre of the occlusal surface or the incisal edge. The restoration is then bent open with a suitable instrument (lever), causing it to fracture. The
KT881 is suitable for grinding off fragment residues. Speed ideally 160,000 rpm with the red contra-angle, contact pressure: < 2 N
